OFFSHORE TREATMENT PROVIDERS

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please note that International Arrangements Program has recently changed the formatting of the Offshore Treatment Provider List. All companies are now listed sequentially according to the AFAS Registration Number. The current status of each company is indicated in the fifth column under the heading “Status”.

Companies that are Suspended, Under Investigation or Withdrawn are highlighted “yellow”.

Certificates from Malaysian methyl bromide treatment providers will only be acceptable if they are valid, include the relevant AFAS identification number and all company address details as they appear on the list of Malaysian Treatment Providers Current Status list below.

Fumigation certificates will not be accepted from companies that are „suspended‟ or „withdrawn‟. Consignments fumigated by providers that are „suspended ‘or „withdrawn‟ must be re-treated, exported or destroyed. Consignments fumigated by providers that are „under investigation‟ must be fully inspected, re-treated, exported or destroyed. Treatment certificates are not accepted from treatment providers as of the date they are listed as ‘suspended’, ‘withdrawn’, or ‘under investigation’. There is no allowance for goods in transit.
